Italian Barolo
Medium-heavy in body with a luminous dark cherry colour, tannin dominates the flavours initially, with intense grip and robust dryness in the finish. Argentine Malbec
The Argentine Malbec has found uniquely favourable growing conditions in Argentina and has no doubt created one of the most successful and delicious Malbec wines in the world. A combination of desert climate, cold nights, and irrigation of eternal snows from the Andes, creates an especially healthy environment for these vines. An intense bouquet of damson plums, blackcurrant and violet aromas give way to a slight touch of hunting and leather notes. Australian Grenache/Syrah/Mourvèdre

Australian Shiraz

Chilean Carmenère

Chilean Pinot Noir

Italian Amarone
Italian Amarone is a very intense and complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas. Deep ruby red, this heavyweight wine exudes aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums, dried fruits, anise, raisins, bitter almond, tobacco, leather and molasses, and has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lengthens on indefi nitely from the huge volume of tannins. Delightful with food, Italian Amarone is often enjoyed by itself, sipped outside of mealtimes with good conversation and good friends.

Italian Montepulciano

New Zealand Pinot Noir
